`Voz do Brasil` at this hour; someone had reported it missing
recently. Also UT Tue July 15 at 0155, RNA/RNB in Spanish bit about
the Parque Rodeador SW transmitter site, presumably after English bit.
0159 usual ID and s/off routine, but still on at 0202 with ``Garota de
Ipanema`` and another hit past 0207 until chop in mid-word at 0208*

** CUBA. 13780, July 14 at 2214, Spanish historical talk no doubt in
honor of Bastille Day, mentioning Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité --- and
then, RHC ID! A RARE new frequency for them, S9/+10, good modulation
level with only slight distortion; and not // 15230 I had just checked
at 2212, S9 but very suptorted, intonation sounding Spanish instead of
Portuguese. At 2330, 13780 with music is S7/9+10 into Lima SDR. Still
on at 2357 direct, but 15230 off by now.
AFAIK, RHC never on 13780 before and not in current schedules, least
of all its own, which is still imaginary B23:

2253*.
Some editors like to delete my non-logs of this as if inconsequential:
but they are significant, and without them one might wonder why other
logs are specified as NOT off the air! We are not simply routinely
logging stuff as supposedly scheduled, but building up evidence of

a reminder to confirm whether it really be on air until 2400 as in the
current skedgrid, instead of -2100 with R. Africa Network. The
transmitter grid for WRMI-11 on 17790 at 160 degrees (same as 9955
azimuth) now shows RAN until 2130, red System F at 2130-2200, and
green CRR System E at 2200-2400. But the red Sys F program schedule at
2130-2200 shows 15770 only. And there could be even more; NASWA

** CUBA. 1141 kHz, July 13 at 0343, the only significant het on a
10/kHz bandscan, better on E/W antenna (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA [non]. 9670, Sun July 13 at 1700+, no signal into UTwente or
DL7APJ from Channel 292, scheduled as last chance to hear this month`s
`From the Isle of Music`; make it good later? Definitely on at next
check 1829 into both with something else. But Uncle Bill replies:
``Glenn, It was on, I checked a number of SDRs, something was
interfering with the signal, especially during the first half hour.
Twente became listenable during the second half hour. I don't know
whether the first half hour was atmospheric issues (it was audible in
a few places like Norway) vs. something like a nearby DRM transmission
that fuzzed it out.
SO, If it happens the same way next week with UBMP I'll have to go
hunt for another time again. Thanks for noticing. --Bill

unreadable modulation. The only TX 800 is at other end of state,

no-nonsense assertive fakevoice, lots of coordinates and UTCs
mentioned: conveying a weather map verbally? The longitudes east and
the latitudes south. 0618 ID as ``VMC Australian weather ---`` Then
listing all its frequencies: 2201, 4426, 6507, 8176, 13265, 16546 and
area covered. Then same info for sibling station VMW to 0619.5*. VMC
is in Charleville, Qsld, VMW in Wiluna WA. EiBi shows Sound of Hope
also on 12365 but none of that now, nor jamming. C`ville is in S

on 1323 but much weaker S9+7, NOT on LW 207 kHz. NEXUS-IBA program
schedule still shows 1323 only. I asked IRRS about this:

Keith Weston replies July 12: ``Glenn, That document tree is what is
to be expected from a bare RSS feed. That is the correct link for
feedburner. It's an XML document (which is what a RSS feed actually
is). I would mention that WOR is available at Apple Podcasts, TuneIn,
YouTube and nearly everywhere you get your podcasts. Because RSS is a
distributed system, there are hundreds if not thousands of "clearning
houses". The biggest players are Apple, TuneIn, YouTube,
Spotify, etc. The way podcasts work is that you get them listed at a
few of those places (mainly Apple, Tunein and Google) and the podcast
just populates "everywhere" because other services are built upon
these main nodes. I hope that makes sense. The distribution model
starts with Feedburner in this case and spreads out in hundreds of

Saturdays at 0930 on 9455; I happen to awaken after 0900 July 12, so
check 9455: Classic Redneck Radio`s wacko preacher. That`s what shows
on the System E grid. I assume all other programs at 0900-1000 on Sys
D 9455 sked be imaginary as well.

preparing to check out an unID reported yesterday after 1900 when
nothing is listed; but RK had HFCC registered 15540 at 1800-2100 in
DRM, and axually once used it for English at 1800. Not in the WOR
Hitlist, but SW sked here is probably outdated/imaginary, not
accounting for 15540 after 1800:

Or rather today there is no signal audi/visible, but Synch attempts to

S9+40/45, stronger than 5920 with TOMBS, S9/+25. Maybe test, of things
to come. I think both were off earlier as usual by 0300 or so. 5085
has no splash or splatter but the JBA spur carriers on 5072.2 and
5097.8; at 0637 Ancient Word Radio ID on 5085. 9930, the daytime
counterpart of 5920, is on at 1447 with TOMBS. But still no 9475,
daytime counterpart of 5085. Something has been preventing frequency

EiBi that could only be CRI English to S Asia via Kashgar, EAST

as KSGL Wichita, 28 watts at night, and semi-local in daytime. So
what`s become of XEW which used to own 900 with 250 kW? IRCA Log shows
it is the only Mex on 900, 100 kW (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

out and KSL remains with 435 area code ad. 847 is suburban Chicago,
