Al-Quran song (male voice), male voice announcer. 15421 (RG). Station that
is often heard at this time in southeastern Brazil. I confirmed it by
receiving the confirmation card years ago.
UNID: 855 kHz, two clear carriers (855,00 and 855,10 kHz), unid. Songs in
Arabic (?) language. (RG). Saudi Arabia (Al-Quran al-Karim listened on
10.10.2018 0124 UTC)??? Romania 400 kW (Radio Romania Actualitati)??? Next
days I will try again.

As yu may notice there was a typo on the frequency though i was struggling h a r d to make this message as good as possibleHere is again the message :

After very long time i as now successful to log SABC in Indo on this frequency 21670kHz  . Signal is very poor S7 over S5 local noise with signal tat rarely exceeds that -90dbm and with peaks of very short time  of less than 15 seconds . Semi religious and psychology program on 0950 with Quran preaching on 0956   SINPO 35232

KUwait bumping on 15110 this time with Tagalog program right now on 1115+ with great signal of S10  and very good audio . After news , ID with email info and phones with program from a local station with music and phone ins.The second song is Filipino
