And quick Cuba check at 06.23 UT.
only 6100 kHz was on air in Spanish language newsread.
Still on air at 06.35 UT too.
EMPTY carrier both on 6060 and (wrong fq) 6160 kHz channels.
6000 kHz TITAN Quivican and 5040 Bauta were OFF at this time.

Here in Spain no signal but via SDR Kiwi remote receiver in Pardinho, 
near Sao Paulo strong carrier, very weak audio now, 1355-1406, 19-03, 
Spanish, comments, male, female. The first time this year for this 
station. Past year on air at this time, instead of 1800-2100 UTC for 
previous years.

15476 kHz ANTARTIDA (tent.): LRA36 Radio Nacional San Gabriel Arcangel, Base Esperanza, SS (t), 19/03 1320. Two ladies on the microphone, the known communication style from LRA36. A song by male voice. A regular carrier, but an extremely poor signal. According Eibi B18 (March 05, 2019) there is a tx from this station via 15476 from 1400 to 1500 UTC from M-F. But this listening occurred one hour before. This is a tentative. I can identify the communication style from this station, also have the their QSL card from, but I didn’t hear the id from the station on this time. 15421.

I also had a clear carrier on 15475.97 kHz until c/d 1406. Maybe they
have shifted from summer to normal time :-) But then it would be
1500-1600 ...
