Another KBXD note... at 10pm mountain/11pm central tonight, I heard them
launch into a broadcast from VOA in Vietnamese. There was no mistaking the
VOA jingle and voiceover intro and i'm pretty sure the language was
Vietnamese

granted monday, 3/18
