[2nd attempt to post, trimmed down]

Unusually good propagation at dusk on Sept 11 from a moderately high point
(153m, 502ft) in a close suburb south of Paris.

Using a Sihuadon R-108 receiver on its whip antenna.
All stations were strong and readable, with minimal fluctuation.

Picked up between 1719 UT and 1730 UT:
- VOA Deewa Radio in Pashto from Udon Thani, Thailand on 5890 kHz
- BBC in English from Talata Volondry, Madagascar on 7445 kHz
- Radio New Zealand Intl in English from Rangitaiki, NZ on 9700 kHz
- KBS World Radio in Spanish from Kinjae, Sth Korea on 9740 kHz
- VOA in Kurdish from Udon Thani, Thailand on 9820 kHz
- Radio Cairo in Turkish from Abis, Egypt, on 9850 kHz
- Voice of Islamic Rep. or Iran in Turkish from Sirjan, Iran on 9870 kHz
- Radio Free Asia in Korean from Agignan Point, Guam (?), on 9990 kHz
- Voice of Vietnam in Vietnamese from Hanoi-Sontay, VN on 11885 kHz
- VOA Radio Ashna in Pashto from Udon Thani, Thailand on 12070 kHz
- VOA in Portuguese from Selebi-Phikae, Bostwana on 12080 kHz

Why can't DXers of professional performance
in South Asia, Japan, Korea, Pacific and Australia, New Zealand
make a true  DIRECTION  FINDING  assignment of this transmission ?

have seen WRTH page #639 or  PDF #14 page item of RBA site in Australia,
noted just Sept 11 at 15.05 UT 11824.990 kHz of RBA Burmese outlet,
usual all Kununurra txions are oddly some minus 10 to minus 30 Hertz 
on lower sideband.
but today 11620 kHz in English noted at 15 UT on
much   e x a c t   11620 kHz --  as usual noted from Tashkent 
Uzbekistan bcast center site outlets instead.
