service, Feb 25 at 0226-0233 UT, by 9-kHz steps one kHz below in USB
tuning: 684, 693, 711, 774-2, 855, 891-2, 963 only 3 kHz from local
KGWA 960, 999, 1044, 1053, 1089, 1098, 1125-2, 1215, 1305, 1314, 1431,
1503.

Unusual for a beat on 891, 140/minute = 2.33 Hz. mwoffsets and mwlist
indicate by power, precision, activity, time and geography, the
station other than Algeria on 890.997 would be IRAN on exactly
891.0000, Radio Dena at Deh Dasht.

Then for a change, I switch to LSB tuning from 1 kHz above the 9/kHz
frequencies, and downward from 0234 UT: this should favor uncovering
some others especially ending in 9, 8 or 7: 1386 only 4 kHz below
local KCRC 1390; 1179, 1125, 1107, 1089, 909, 882, 855, 837, 819, 774,

it is not just repairing but restoring, as *everything* was wrong tnx
to Ted. The Harris #3 transmitter is also being worked on. WORLD OF
RADIO already started airing a week or two ago but at unscheduled

one-by-one. -2 means two carriers beating, a common situation from
Spain on 774, 855; one is slow, the other faster. 1314 is unusual;
