have two totally different English programs, ``African Pathways
Radio`` and `relay` of KNLS New Life Station, Alaska. WRTH does not
specify which hours are which! Nor does Aoki. EiBi shows APR for this,
but also for the other 3 English broadcasts, no KNLS! HFCC shows 13760
is aimed 40 degrees for Asian CIRAFs, so that makes it NLS, not APR.
BTW, VOK also scheduled to start all-day usage of 13760 from 0300, and
whenever heard, not now, it`s been off-frequency about 13760.2. Did
not notice any offfrequenciness for this MWV (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 4980 & 4975 & 5800, Aug 26 at 0607, WRMIs 4 & 10 are OFF,
two fewer frequencies for TOMBS. All other scheduled WRMI remain on

** U S A. 9385, Aug 26 at 0613, no signal from WEWN English; also
missing a few hours earlier (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 4780v, Aug 26 at 0208, while checking the Progreso spur
circa 4783, via Bonaire SDR, I also detect a JBA carrier here, not a
known currently active SWBC frequency. Of course first comes to mind
DJIBOUTI, could it be reactivated? But old sign-on time was 0300. DBS
of April 2016 showed it last heard in Feb 2015. Last log of it I can
find was presumed by Harold Frodge, MI, MARE in the 21 and 22 UT hours
of December 2014.

4780 does not compute as a MW harmonic of any `even` frequency. We
recall that the 2020 WRTH, not 2021, listed some Future Plans in PERU,
including 4780: OAW7I, Calle Monjaspata 745, 08001 Cusco; no further
info and apparently never appeared, until now??

The carrier is somewhat unstable; could be a ute, but I think more
likely it`s a minus 10 kHz spur out of 4790 WBCQ. Bonaire SAM shows
carrier offset of +125/140 Hz (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 10080, Aug 26 at 0605, JBA carrier as I am checking for
R. Vanuatu, 2 x 5040. Fundamental however is totally blocked by RHC at
S9+10, on air later than usual. However2, others report Vanuatu was
absent this date from 5040 or any other frequency. So probably another
RHC harmonic, where I`ve never logged it before for sure (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 15770, Aug 26 at 0339, JBA carrier. Could it be WRMI-9
which supposedly runs 1100-0200 only? Yet per HFCC it`s registered
available 24 hours. Nothing else ever on frequency (Glenn Hauser, OK,

be signing off but keeps going, Yahweh coming soon to establish a

Jesus Christ``. Blames homosexual, pedophiliac Catholic church. 1608
Josiah Elias [accent both on the long-I] wrapping up again, now up to
S9/+10, introduces ``Days of Hard Life`` themetune, 1610.5 cut back on
to more preaching until owner-operator of ``longest-running pirate
radio station in the world`` finally finishes and turns off at 1612*

S8-S9 on WBCQ 7490 minus 160 Hz = 7489.84. Next and last:

still past 0623. Must be R. Vanuatu, reported reactivated here as of
August 24 by Lúcio Bobrowiec, Brasil after missing a month from any
frequency, then also by Bryan Clark, NZ and Ron Howard, California;
and Ivo Ivanov using remotes suggests they are staying on 5040 at all
times. As soon as I heard 5040 I checked for second harmonic 10080 but
nothing there. Same? transmitter when on 3945 would harmonicize
persistently on 7890 and 11835, even 15780. Sunset at Port Vila 0639,
not the exact SW site of Emten Lagoon, Efate (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

to 10 MHz, Aug 24 from 2331 to 2340: 16160 JBA fluttery carrier vs
CODAR; 16100 same; 15970 slightly stronger JBA; 15760 Chinese S0/S2;
15360 Chinese? S2/S4; 14920 S2/S3 flutter, 13130 JBA carrier. All of
these correlate with jammers against Sound of Hope, in Aoki/NDXC.

15600, Aug 24 at 2334, S0/S2 music with flutter during CNR1 jammer
survey. This one is CRI in ``Portuguese`` via Beijing site, so should
match Cuban relay on 13650 music-only with much better signal (Glenn

** FRANCE. 21690, Aug 24 at 1546, JBA via RSA remote, RFI hour in
Swahili, which for S-21, from Sept 5, is moving on up to 25775. Should
be a useful MUF pilot even off the back to NAm, 500 kW more than a
