VoN signal abruptly disappeared at 1808. The signal on 7255.0 had
disappeared earlier, probably closer to 1800; I didn't catch it exactly.

Today they are back on regular nighttime frequency: 3364 kHz, but with
weaker signal than usual.

Squeaky wheel can sometimes pop up on different frequency for a very 
short time.
Perhaps they recruited operators from Radio Havana?
