registrations imply it be clear!!! RRI also on // 9550 but weaker; and
that has some INTRUDING 2-way on 9550.5 USB. EiBi shows RRI at 00-01
on 7375 only, not caught up with reactivation of the other

all four frequencies into Maryland SDR. This one is S9/+15; 11940

other 16m signal on the H2Ofall is a weak 17600, obviously Algeria.

Justin Coe says this show will intro the new third person in the
English sexion, Hélena Rigobert [sp? sounds like but never spelt out].
She gets to do her first broadcast as the sports bit at 2204 ending
the news. 2205.6 music and feature: Justin says EE has been a twofer
since 6/21 when Alison Hughes retired [I think Amy Egan must have
started about then, or a bit earlier?] H.R. is a Catalan from
Barcelona. Some music breaks for one of her favorites, a boogie-woogie
pianist. They discuss Madrid, cable cars, etc. 2214, ``Mishu`` is a
Korean name for any cat and it`s mixed up with the U State of Missouri
[or Mizzou?]. Korean? O, part of her background is having spent time
in P/Busan, Korea South at an English-language radio station for
expats and Koreans learning English, BeFM, befm.or.kr [WTFK? 90.5 &

did not perfect her Korean, but after she went back to Spain, still
filed live reports for their morning show causing her to stay up till
3 am. 2219 tune `The Balearic Shuffle` - she has been to four of the
islands, Justin to only two. Short flight from Barcelona; several
hours by ferry if you take your car and stay overnight. Then she was
working for Radio 4, the mostly-Catalan network. 2225 a final tune,
`Apocalypse Boogie`. It was never explained how and why she speaks

radiolocation of the signal in 4940 kHz through the TDoA function that

this is not conclusive, it reaffirms my theory that the signal

After this event ended, RNA was already off the next day at 08/25. The current president of Angola, João Lourenço (MPLA), was declared at 08/29 the winner of the elections. The country experienced a 27 year civil war, after Independence from Portugal. The groups MPLA and UNITA fought each other until 2002. The balance was more than 500.000 dead (LOB-B).
