station. It`s JBA and never can copy his own call, seldom uttered,
while the applicants utter nothing but their own calls over and over.

** CUBA [non]. As of Oct 22 at 0634 UT, I have realized that Cuban
whoopers, or wobblers, or squeakers as I have sometimes called them,
have not been heard for almost two months during routine latenight MW
bandscans. Last noted under WWL 870 was August 16; under WHO 1040 on
August 19; and once under WSB 750 on August 26 (Glenn Hauser, OK,

** NORTH AMERICA. 11915, Oct 22 at 1720, JBA carrier, presumed Station
YHWH tnx to tip from Rick Barton, AZ, who was hearing him at 1705,
and: ``By 1722 was doing those long deep fades where it is hard to
know if he went off, or just at the bottom of a fade`` --- ``Thanks,
Rick! At 1735 UT, YHWH (11915) mostly fair reception, heard via remote

** OKLAHOMA. 1680, Oct 22 at 2230 UT, Virtual DJ Radio, relay in Enid
is OFF, nor on ex-1670 or any other X-band channel. Had been extremely
reliable since first discovered Nov 29, 2024, signals always peaking
near the junxion of US 81 and US 412 (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR)
** SPAIN. 17715, Wed Oct 22 at 2203, no REE signal into UTwente, and
only S7/S9 into Maryland SDR, and NOT in English, rather Spanishish.
So much for our only weekly dose? 15520 & 15390 even worse JBA and no
15500. But next check at 2242, 17715.0135 achieves S5/S7 into
Maryland, but only poor and by now *is* in English, MQ reciting
imminent B25 frequencies, including 9680, typo? instead of 9690,
should it really be on air at all. By then, English should be at 23-24

supposedly on internet only from 16 to 21 UT System C during RAE
Argentina in German. Via Georgia remote, at 1805, pop music S9+25;
1829 WRMI ID in English, more music, songs in unknown and unannounced
language and // the stream. Separate RAE skedblock does not show any
such transmission on any frequency or System. Searching entire program
grids does not find 9955 on any other System during these hours.
Something`s odd at Okee. By next check at 2009, 9955 really is off

into Tangier SDR - It`s Music4Joy as on MBR sked from Nauen, Germany,
toward W Africa, Tue & Thu only at 20-21. Good S8 signal as music
starts at 2000, very repetitive with heavy beat, unseems notably
joyful to me. I`ve had enough before 2015. SNR 18 dB, 19.04 kbps,
audio keeps cutting out via this SDR. No other WAf Kiwis are currently
active. Captioned ``Electronic music entertainment station!`` - I`m
checking this as in EiBi after noticing their upcoming B25 schedule on
different frequencies, from MBR sked via Alokesh Gupta, Tue & Thu
