An excellent signal received here in São Bernardo SP, Southeastern Brazil..
Comments about 'Ukraine, Amerinski', ... Identified twice on 2130 'Vesti FM' and jingle music.
2130: A possible news bulletin for a few minutes.
End of transmission on 2145 with again the identification 'Vesti FM.
SINPO 45554.
Rx: KiwiSDR (São Bernardo, PY2-81502 SWL) + Magnetic Loop Antenna.

Radio Voz Missionaria, Camboriu SC, BRAZIL, back on 49 m (5940 kHz). An excellent quality signal on April 11, 0402 UTC.
It is not yet known whether this is an experimental transmission, or whether it can already be considered an effective implementation.
