narrated in heavily accented English plus music background. Via
UTwente. At 2358 anthem? 2359 brief talk and music, off 2359.5* The

when I could clearly detect a signal on 9890 out west here in Lake
Stevens, Washington state, but only bits of audio every few moments.

except Sundays 21-22 only, 250 kW, 170 degrees from Woofferton, about
Yoruba separatism in Nigeria. But Alan Roe was already hearing it this
