Hmong formatted KFXN 690 Minneapolis was granted a construction permit to
go from 500 watts/3 towers day and 4 watts/3 towers nights to 1,700 Watts
non directional day and 4 watts non directional nights. This is partly the
result after a tower collapsed in a storm this fall and tower owner
American Tower said that they wouldn’t rebuild. KQGO 96.3 is on an
unaffected tower. KFXN’s translator CP for 250 watts on 104.9 was cancelled
after it passed the deadline and wasn’t built.
