S=5-6 in European Perseus net SDR rx.
Quick sudden TX / antenna matching check for 3 seconds at 17.58:19 - :21 UT
TX real on air switch-on at 17.59:54 UT. Others in 16 meterband at this hour:
17780, 17830 kHz both BBC WS English from Ascension Island relay site. 17655.008 kHz USA VoA Portuguese language via Greenville NC at 17-18 UT
S=8-9 also sidelobe into western Europe. 10.6 kHz broadband audio block. 17894.990 kHz BOT VoA 17 - 18 UT English, poor S=5 from Botswana broadcast
center. Heard in western Europe.

Europe, Africa, Qatar, India, nor in all-South America on various Kiwi nor
Perseus Net units.

There must be a wrong information on the HFCC, AoKi and Shortwave Info
links: HFCC started the year informing that TWR Africa will occupy 17745 kHz
between 1730 and 1800 UTC in Arabic since 01 Jan, via Ascension relay (70°
Azimuth, beamed to Africa).
In fact since the first day of 2021 there is a program in Arabic at this
frequency and time. I sent a reception report to Manzini, and receiving an answer that 17745 kHz
is not part of the frequencies in use in Manzini or via relay service. The question that remains: who is actually broadcasting there? It is
difficult to understand Arabic language. If we give TWR Africa a reason, the
portals mentioned above need to correct the information urgently. Have a nice week, and a happy new year.
