Noted NOTHING on 9690, nor 12030 kHz channels tonight,
when checked Doha Qatar, Blackpool UK, Rochester NY US,
Sao Paulo-BRA and TWR Bonaire Antilles net SDR's.
In Sao Paulo different program at 22.55 UT in BRAzil SDR unit
on 11685 kHz S=8-9 rather Arabic(?).
S=7-8 also in Blackpool UK at 22.45 UT.
11940 kHz S=9+5dB towards Latin America in SP-BRA remotedly KIWIset.
S=4 fair poor signal on Rochester NY Perseus set at 22.50 UT.
