Here in EUR, yes: Radio CAE continued until 22:04 with the National Anthem.
OC remained until 22:04:40.

R CAE program end at 22.00 UT, mentioned some journalist staff like 'John
Herman , and more', also piece in German language greet good bye salute,
French final annmt at 22.02 UT, 22.02:30 final annmt in English,
at 22.03 UT National Anthem played,
22.04:40 TX switch off in Armenia.

Next door 7505 kHz some Mandarin language program tx on air at 22.00 UT,
like CNR1 jamming from Urumqi ?
10 kHz wide jamming, hit the R CAE 7502 - 7505 kHz signal range part.
S=9+20dB against US AGM KWT, in Tibetan language underneath. 22-23 UT

I have to say that I am not noting any significant audio distortion of
the transmission. Reception is subject to slightly more propagation
disturbance now (2140UT) compare to when it started at 1800, but this is
only slightly noticeable here. (I missed about an hour between approx
2015-2115, but I have recorded it and will listen back to that portion
later).

BOLIVIA - BOL,
5952,44 kHz: It sounds to be Emisora Pio XII (presumed), Siglo Veinte, Spanish, 17/10 2240. Communication by female voice, listener contact by phone (in the characteristic from this station in previous time). No id. 24322 (RG). Better in USN (using kiwiSDR filtering), to avoid a QRM from 5950 and 5955 kHz.

BOTSWANA - BOT,
15605 kHz: Voice of America, via Selebi-Phikwe, Kurdish, 18/10 1440. Male voice communication, interview. Tx w/10° Az, to Southwestern Asia.

BRAZIL - B,
1580 kHz: Radio Difusora, Amparo SP, 16/10 2130. Advs from Amparo, id: 'Radio Difusora'. 23532 (RG).
1580 kHz: Radio São João Batista, Itaporanga SP, 16/10 2115. Catholic program, songs, mention to 'Itaporanga - São Paulo'. Id: 'Radio São João Batista'. 35543 (RG). In my registers I have follow previous information about this frequency from Itaporanga: In 2001 - Radio Trans Universal; 2003 - Radio Pedra Polida; 2016 - Radio Itaporanga; and now - Radio São João Batista.
6290 kHz: Oldies in a regular/good sound quality. It seems to be a Brazilian pirate station. No voice communication, just the oldies: Bryan Ferry, Mamas and the Papas.... 35433 (RG).

BULGARIA - BUL,
5900 kHz: The Overcomer Ministry, via Kostinbrod, English, 17/10 2050. Message in Brother Stair' style. Religious program. 25522 (RG). Tx w/126° Az, presumed to part of Asia.

CHINA - CHN,
6140 kHz: CRI, Kunming, Chinese, 17/10 2215. Talk by male and female voices, Chinese instrumental music. 35543 (RG). Tx w/225° Az to Southeastern China.

FRANCE - F,
15215 kHz: Deutsche Welle, via Issoudun, Hausa, 17/10 1307. Talk by male voice, interview, jingle 'DW'. 35543 (RG). Tx w/163° Az to Africa.

MADAGASCAR - MDG,
15530 kHz Adventist World Radio, via Talata-Volondry, Sinhala, 18/10 1405. A Christian message by male voice, song, a prayer. 35543 (RG). Tx w/65° Az, to Sri Lanka region.

17770 kHz: Voice of Turkey, Emirler, Uyghur, 17/10 1432. Talk by male and female voices, song in Turkish language. 35433 (RG). Tx w/78° Az to Asia.
