Possibly too busy siren jamming RFA Khmer from 1230-1330 on 15155 11885 and 9390 for the Cambodian government. Vietnamese jammers started around the 21st of June 23. It was thought the jamming was intended to coincide with the July 23 Cambodian elections but the siren jamming has continued on a daily basis well into January 24. The 2230-2330 RFA Khmer is also heavily jammed but the 1430-1500 transmission in Khmer has remained untouched. So maybe not enough transmitters currently available in Vietnam to jam this transmission on 9670 during this time period. Time will tell. Although if it’s been off air it could take the jammers a while to get back onto it. Not sure why the Vietnamese are helping out the Cambodians to jam RFA Khmer?
