Myanmar is an indirect DX catch for me most of the time unless I can get it at 1200 UTC here in the east. However, I like to sometimes go to Dimapur or Siliguri SDRs and see if it is in there on 5985 and seems like it was a day or two ago heard it on there on 5985 in English starting at 1530.......around 1528 it usually has some gongs playing and then Burmese language and into the news about the State Council and other generally boring stuff. Then I noted it on again just prior to 0700 (don’t know when it actually signed on), reverting to 5919 kHz! Which I guess we can assume will remain for the rest of the evening. All a bit weird! Thanks, Wolfgang. I have also been monitoring 5915 at the same time as you. Used the southern Thailand remote SDRs where the signal was also very strong. The usage of 5919 remains a mystery.
