  La Voz de los Naranjos, 4300 kHz  DX news

The station has been reactivated, and heard on 4299.98v kHz, daily on September 18-20 between 0928-1023.
Heard with Andean vocals, canned ID, announcer with time check and ID's in passing between songs. Fair signal with UTE QRM above and below varying from day to day.

Radiodifusora Comercial La Voz de los Naranjos is broadcasting from Distrito de Pardo Miguel Naranjos; logged 0120-0200 15/10 1995 with "Saludos Musicales" playing huaynos cajamarquinos, pasillos ecuatorianos with several comunicados y mensajes to listeners in San Juan de Cutervo, Paccha, Chota, Cochabamba, Socota, etc.
At 0155 YL announced TC with ID:
"Gracias por sintonizar esta programación. Será hasta la próxima oportunidad. 7 de la noche (sic), 7 minutos para las 9 de la noche desde Radiodifusora La Voz de los Naranjos", then local adv of "Comercial Vargas".
At 0157 another music show "Música y Alegría" was heard.
Interestingly, the station announces its nominal frequency as 4310 kHz.
