[IRCA] Monitoring 1130

With DXers in the middle part of the USA receiving CKWX (at least 
tentatively) I decided to try once again to monitor 1130.  I can get 
a 60 dB null on WBBR which allows other stations to be audible. 
Usually I heard KWKH, a latin or two, and a sports station (usually 
WDFN).  This morning was no exception.  KWKH was a bit subdued, and 
the sports station was loud and clear. But alas, no CKWX.
