 *11/28/06 - After operating with a temporary 1 kW transmitter since January
2002 from the Coastal Ranger cargo ship in Seattle's Elliott Bay, KKOL AM
1300 <http://www.1300kol.com/> is now 50 kW directional with different
constants day and night at 47-14-56
