JUST AN ID HEARD, "790 WVCD...." QSBed BACK INTO THE MUD. [WM-TN]

Weird conditions tonight, as was last night. WVCD runs 100 watts at night, 
conditions are not to bad for low wattage stations. They rose up out of the 
mud, over Radio Rebelde, then gone. Maybe Perseids meteor shower has some 
affect????
