** CHINA. 14980, Nov 14 at 2314, CNR1 jammer JBA S7/S9 with Doppler flutter, vs SOH (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 13650, Nov 14 at 2316, CRI Portuguese [non], fill music instead via relay, but suptorted, modulation JBA only at peaks. Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 11760, Nov 14 at 2318, RHC dead air except for windhowl, and 11880, nice clear and quiet dead air S9+10/20 at 2319. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA [non]. 11930, Nov 14 at 2319, R. Martí still on instead of close around 2100, with urgent info: sillyballgame scores; also 9565 S9+20/30 and 7355 S9+20/30. Not rechecked until 0120 Nov 15, still going blasting in to Ft Lauderdale remote on 7435, 7365, 6030. 0124 R. Martí 40th anniversary song. Still going at 0302, on 6030, 7355, 7435 about béisbol, of course.
EiBi has Martí only on: 7435, 11860, 11930, 13820, 15380. Aoki only on 1180, 5980, 6030, 7355.
At 1615 Nov 15, no signal on 9410 into Ft Lauderdale. Stephen Luce, Houston, reported at 1417: ``Radio Martí early weekend start --- I’m hearing Radio Martí just after 1400 UT November 15 on 9410, 11860 and 11930. Have weekend transmissions returned? And has RM been on this early in the day recently?`` 9410 is unlisted, unregistered: surprised USAGM would be on traditional BBC channel (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** FRANCE. 21660, Nov 15 at 1531, S5/S8 of dead air direct. MiniTransAt should be about over, maybe still paid for unneeded time on TDF (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** INDONESIA. 28444 USB, Nov 14 at 2311, YB9CQN calling CQ over and over in English. QRZ.com: ``YB9CQN Indonesia flag Indonesia, I MADE "MADE" DWI SUARDIANA, JL.WAHIDIN NO. 14, DENPASAR, 80118, BALI ISLAND, phone/WA +628123901804, Indonesia`` - lots of photos with other hams (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** JAPAN. 28533 USB, Nov 14 at 2307, JE1LET calling CQDX in English. QRZ.com: ``JE1LET Japan flag Japan, MASAHIKO OTOKOZAWA, 985-7 KUNO, ODAWARA 250-0055, Japan`` with lots of photos of guest operators. Also several others J`s on 10m, Hawaii, Australia, Brasil. On 28410 USB, JR2?FD in Spanish (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** OKLAHOMA. RF 21, Nov 15 at 1606 UT, KHBS-DT 40-1 is garbled, briefly decoding, during `Wildlife Nation`. Licensed to Fort Smith AR, but SITE in OK!! along with some others, per
https://www.rabbitears.info/locationmap.php?request=location&location=Cavanal+Mountain+%28OK%29 including 4 FMs, including KMAG 99.1 --- originally on Mt Magazine, AR as the name implies. Surprised they moved.
Also several BAD/NO SIGNALS on VHF and UHF. For a few days there have been huge tropo blobs around here, especially NNE into Iowa, but nothing DXed from there beyond some enhanced FM Kansans (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR)
** TURKEY. 5960.002+, Nov 14 at 2300, VOT English not off the air, S9+10 direct but JBA in noise level, signing on. At 2343 into UTwente when measured, Turkish music S9+25, and `Did You Know That?` - I know that, when Efsun speaks, I might as well give up trying to understand her (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2320 monitoring: ``Richard Lemke, St. Albert, Alberta, Canada, From the desk of Richard’s listening Post, Radio: JRC NRD-535 HF, 1995, (30 years of service), Antenna: random long wires in the trees. WRMI, World of Radio (#2320):
9395 kHz, 2300-2329, QRN, S8 signal, November 9 UTC 2025 [Sun] {sic: no longer at that time, rather 0000 UT Mon} 9455 kHz, 0030, 0043, 0059 (45433), S7 signal, November 10 UTC 2025 [Mon] 9395 kHz, weak yes heard voice, QSB fading, 0159, November 12 UTC 2025 [Wed] 9395 kHz, QSB fading, S5 signal, 2357, November 12 UTC 2025 [Wed] {sic: not at 2330 Wed, rather 0030 UT Thu} Typed, November 15, 2025 (Lemke, Richard -AB)``
WORLD OF RADIO 2321 monitoring: Confirmed Friday November 14 at 2130 on IRRS SW via AM Italia, 1322.996, S7/8 into UTwente.
Also confirmed Friday November 14 at 2300 on WRMI 9955, S9+30 direct but always sounds undermodulated; immediately following `Over the Horizon Radio`.
Also confirmed Friday November 14 at 2335 the 2330 on SW Gold Radio, Germany, 3975, S1/S2 into Carlow, Ireland, SDR, needs LSB tuning to avoid carrier het on 3976; after trying UTwente first, only the 3976, could not be sure 3975 were on.
At 2342 Nov 14 I emailed SWGR: ``Andy, To be sure you are aware of this: there is a carrier on 3976 heavily interfering, especially with your signal weakening in winter night conditions. A spoiler? Have not heard any modulation on it. Glenn`` His replies:
``Hi Glenn, yes, I am aware of this unmodulated carrier, which is most probably a spoiler. As far as I noticed it started on European Wednesday evening on 3976. Today (Saturday) it started at around 08:25 UT just after s/on - this time on 3976.2 kHz however. Was not audible in UK where 3975 was heard weak. However 3976.2 could be detected in Germany. Best is to use autonotch, in case your receiver has this possibility. We have to wait and see. 73s Andy``
At 1547: ``3976.2 went off about a couple of minutes ago - right in time for WOR :-) http://kiwisdr.johnnorton.co.uk:8073/?f=3975.00amz11 Listening on WOF-Kiwi, UK``
Also confirmed UT Saturday November 15 at 0400 on WTWW 5085, after Ancient Word Radio, introduced as ``the ministry of...``, VG S9+15/20 into Maryland SDR, to 0429 hymn to 0430.3*
Also confirmed Saturday November 15 at 1534 the 1530 on SW Gold Radio, Germany, 6160.001+ S9+5/20, and 3975.003- S9+5/10 into UTwente. No 3976 QRM this time.
Also confirmed Saturday November 15 at 1655 the 1630 on WRMI 9955, S9+30/35 into Georgia SDR.
Also confirmed Saturday November 15 at 1700 on WRN via WRMI 9395, S9+25/30 into Georgia SDR. Rough start: ``Welcome to Encore...`, bit of music, pause and then WOR. Also on 7730 but JBA S5/S6 into Georgia. Next:
1830 UT Saturday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 2030vUT Saturday WA0RCR 1860-AM [2000/2200]; 2030 UT Saturday WRN via WRMI 9395 to NNW; 2200 UT Saturday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 2230 UT Saturday WRMI 17790 to SSE; 2230 UT Saturday WRMI 15770 to NE; 0000 UT Sunday WTWW 9475 [suspended]; 0330vUT Sunday WA0RCR 1860-AM [nominal 0415; as late as 0500]; 0730 UT Sunday WRN via WRMI 5850 to NW; 0730 UT Sunday WRN via WRMI 7570 to NW; 0730 UT Sunday WRN via WRMI 7730 to NE; 0730 UT Sunday WRN via WRMI 7780 to SW; 0730 UT Sunday WRN via WRMI 15770 to NE; 2000 UT Sunday IRRS SW via AM Italia 1323; 2230 UT Sunday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 2330 UT Sunday WRMI 9455 to NW; 0000 UT Monday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 0030 UT Monday WRMI 9455 to NW; 0030 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to SW; 0930 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 6160; 2030 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 0330 UT Tuesday WRMI 7780 to SW; 1400 UT Tuesday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast]; 1500 UT Tuesday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast]; 2100 UT Tuesday IRRS SW via AM Italia 1323; 0030 UT Wednesday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 0130 UT Wednesday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 2030 UT Wednesday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 2200 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW; 0030 UT Thursday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S; 1730 UT Thursday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160.

WORLD OF RADIO HITLIST update
Hi Glenn, my latest Hitlist update. https://www.w4uvh.net/hitlist.htm
1) Aggregator - WRN: Updated links to schedules for B25 period (Thanks to Glenn Hauser in WOR iog mail list)
Best wishes and 73, Alan Roe
** FRANCE. 21660, Nov 13 at 1515, MiniTransAt weather still airing, poor direct; by 1553 seems dead air or JBM?, cut off at 1600* per H2Ofall at Maryland SDR. Check website for news of winner, others: https://www.minitransat.fr/ shows skippers exulting - seems like surviving the course is the goal more than winning first place (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** TURKEY. 5960, Nov 13 at 0000+, extraneous German from VOT remains on air the entire hour after neglecting to turn it off following English. Into UTwente, at 0055 IS is playing again, 0056 pause and restart IS with Portuguese IDs. This language is supposed to be on at 0100, but on 7280. 5960 finally cuts off at 0058*, and correct 7280 cuts on at *0059.6 just in time. BTW, the accent is very Luso, not Brazilian. Something`s always erroneous at Emirler (Glenn Hauser, OK, WORLD OF RADIO 2321)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2320 monitoring: `Hi Glenn, I can confirm World of Radio was on at 2030 today heard on SDR in Germany. Peter W Hansen`` i.e. Wednesday November 12 on 3975.

Also confirmed Thursday November 13 at 1730 on SW Gold Radio, Germany: into UTwente, 3975.002 S9+10 much better than 6160.001-, also S9+10 but with heavy ACI from 6165 CRI English to Iran via Beijing site; at first also ACI from 6155 which EiBi shows as Furusato no Kaze from Taiwan until 1730. Then LSB tuning escapes the 6165 QRM but 6160 is fading down. Into Carlow, Ireland SDR, 6160 is S3/S4.

But WTFDA FMDB doesn`t list K254DT except this way: ``K252GA relay of:KTOE-1420 98.3 MANKATO MN 0.25 0.25 147.0 0.0 44-07-39 94-02-04 TALK KTOE 1420 - 102.7 FM CP for K254DT expires 5/16/21 203044`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 11880 DA, 15140 dead air and windhowl, Nov 11 at 2045 during alleged English hour from RHC, where something`s always wrong (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 13780, 11880, 11760, Nov 11 at 2258, these RHCs are on and modulating. 5990 at 2320 is S9+20/30 and suptorted during CRI relay. Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 11880, Nov 12 at 1957, dead air direct from RHC; I think there was some mod earlier; also 15140 with windhowl, no others. Still no English by 2000. Strength of 11880 seemed to turnup before turnoff about 2003*, when I find that 15140 has also offed. Somethings always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** JAPAN [and non]. 28405 USB, Nov 11 at 2305, JA1UTQ, 60 km W of Tokyo, Katsu, with AC7RX, 80 km west of Mt Rainier in WA, Greg. Compliments to JA1UTQ on his English, doesn`t seem to have a typical Japanese accent but says his vocabulary is limited. They discuss mountain views, fall colors. QRZ.com:
``JA1UTQ Japan flag Japan, KATSUMI HAGIWARA, 2-191-2 HATANAKA, OME 198-0061, TOKYO, Japan`` ``AC7RX USA flag USA, Greg A Falxa, 5230 Cushman Rd NE, Olympia, WA 98506, USA`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** MEXICO. 28276 CW, Nov 12 at 1913, dash and XE1JAL/B, the OSOB, no other beacons nor phones heard on 10m in very degraded propagation. A bit of sporadic E nonetheless. Often heard before. WGB list: ``28276.0 XE1JAL/B - Xalapa Veracruz MEX EK19mm - #0/1 (10 Nov 2025) Note: ID + grid + 3" carrier`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** SPAIN. 12030, Wed Nov 12 at 2300, accurate timesignal and Spanish not English, ``Radio Exterior, la voz de España en el mundo``, 2301 finally open weekly English with Marilyn Quintana only, introducing topix such as current state of democracy, 2304 Lebanon correspondent about problems with Israel. Fading + accents + rate of speech hinder full comprehension, as hard as I try. 12030 direct is best despite off the back of ME beam; still NO 9690 to N America which would have been much better readable; audible on 17715 weaker to SAm, and 17755 trace to Africa (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** TURKEY. 5960.002, Nov 12 at 2258, VOT IS & IDs in English, S9/+10 direct but insuff vs noise level. Much better at 2328 into NH SDR with `Sports Panorama`, a waste. At 2355 into UTwente, when measured, S9+25 at s/off into IS. 2356 pause and restart IS with German IDs, 2400 opening extraneous German, 2410 Sports Panorama, 2433 still going (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A. 28275 CW, Nov 12 at 2306, E10 VVV DE KA7TXS/B, fast. WGB list: ``28275.0 KA7TXS - Marana AZ USA DM42jk - #0 (15 Feb 2024) Note: ID + grid + EEE - Pwr 5w - Ex 28206.5 in Yuma AZ`` -

I don't have much to brag about, but I would greatly appreciate any email messages (ka7txs@gmail.com) confirming that you can hear my 10-meter CW Beacon on the coordinated frequency of 28.2750 MHz. The KA7TXS/B Beacon is "On the Air" 24 hours a day. The Beacon runs 5 watts of RF into a 10-meter A99 vertical. Take a LISTEN and please drop me a note if you hear it. It would also be great if you could sign my "WEB" visitor page here on QRZ!
10 Meter Beacon: My 10 Meter Beacon (28.2750 MHz) is a custom-made beacon from Vlad, AA7DJ. The beacon comprises a synthesizer board with a PLL chip, VCO, crystal reference, and microcontroller. AA7DJ builds and programs these very nice beacons. You provide the power (12-13.8vdc) and an antenna. Mine is connected to an A-99 10-meter Vertical at a height of 15 ft. Here is a link to his QRZ page`` - https://www.qrz.com/db/AA7DJ (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2320 monitoring: ``Note: Best part of programming was heard on 17790! Sat, Nov 8, 2025. 2230-2259, WRMI - Glenn Hauser WOR, Okeechobee-FL, in English to LAm. Opening of the program World of Radio: Glenn Hauser says about the program and all names of the country logs; Now, he says all logs, in details; 2250 Reading logs in progress; 2259 Ending. Fair reception: 35543. Parallel on 15770oke, 25422. JRX (José Ronaldo Xavier), Cabedelo-PB, Brazil (UTC-3)``
Confirmed UT Wednesday Nov 12 at 0030 on SW Gold Radio, Germany, 3975, JBA into UTwente and DL7APL remotes. Not 2330 Tue as I still had in ``next`` schedule. So I look up all the correct times for this week and next, at least:
WOR is always preceded at the top of each hour by `CQ Serenade` in English and German. Or rather, WOR is considered part of `CQS`. Times and days strictly UT on 3975 and/or 6160:
Fri 2330 3 Sat 1530 3 & 6 Sat 1830 3 Sun 2230 3 Mon 0930 6 Mon 2030 3 Wed 0030 3 Wed 2030 3 Thu 1730 3 & 6 https://shortwaveradio.de/en/week47-2025
Missed checking UT Wednesday November 12 at 0130 on WRMI 9395; anyone hear it?
Also missed checking Wednesday November 12 at 2030 on SW Gold Radio, Germany, 3975; anyone?
Also confirmed Wednesday November 12 at 2200 on WBCQ 7490 -52 Hz = 7489.948, S9+15 into NH SDR, after gospel huxter interrupted for ID and WOR. Next:
0030 UT Thursday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S; 1730 UT Thursday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160.

** U S A. 15770, Nov 11 at 2300, this WRMI-9 airs Polish Radio ES in English, whilst 17790 WRMI-7 airs R Taiwan Intl in French. Xmtr grid shows at 2300 Prague in French on 17790 System H, but System H sked shows Prague in French at 2300 only on 5850, 7730. While 15570 is on System K, which in turn shows 23-24 M-F WRN. WRN B25 shows 23-24 daily Poland, in English, i.e. 15770. In the program grids, 17790 at 23-24 is found instead on System E with WRN. Is all of this unclear? Somethings odd at Okeechobee (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A. 15770, Nov 12 at 2313, Polish Radio ES via WRN via WRMI, VG S9+30 direct. Announcer has an interesting accent but totally comprehensible. At same time, 17790, Taiwan in French S9+20/30 but modulation breakup, not a reception defect (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
