I found a list of Aussie community broadcast stations buried deep inside
the web site for the Australian BC Authority.  The URL is
http://www.aba.gov.au/what/broplan/community_services.htm  You'll need
to scroll partway down the page until you find mention of community
broadcasting licences, then click on it to download the file.  It lists
a whole bunch of AM/FM/TV stations operated by aboriginal, ethnic, etc
groups.  6FX is among those listed, but it doesn't say much more than
what's noted below.  Enjoy!
