[IRCA] Daytime Band Scan

Did a fast late daytime band scan at 5:00 PM to 5:50 PM PDT.  Radio JRC 545 and antenna
u-shape fence antenna that favors Northeast.  Mount Angel KTRP puts out a strong signal
in this direction, S-9+40 db.  KOMO 1000 Seattle is weaker than most the other Seattle
stations.
