Nothing for the Philly region shows up for RCI relays when digging through 
PublicRadioFan.com.

Another option to consider -- even now -- is a Sirius satellite radio 
subscription.  Yes, I know it's an expensive way to get RCI programming, but 
several RCI programs are sprinkled in the "PRI World" channel.  An hour of 
"As It Happens" does appear in prime time:

(all times ET)

Ideas -- Weekdays 6 AM and 12 Noon
AIH -- Weekdays 7 PM and Tues-Sat 12 AM (only one hour)
DNTO -- Saturdays 1 PM and Sundays 12 AM
Quirks & Quarks -- Sundays 7 AM
Sunday Edition -- Sundays 9 AM and 12 Noon (two complete cycles, it appears)

Plus, if Sirius gets CRTC approval to offer its services in Canada, we in 
the USA will be able to listen to Radio One 24/7.
