Radio Romania International today (19 September) on 11975 kHz at 20:30 UTC in English in DRM mode received here in NB wasn't sufficiently strong for KiwiSDR receiver to decode audio. And the signal on 13650 kHz was completely missing for Spanish in DRM mode when checked at 21:45 UTC. Transmitter problem?

Conditions were bad last night and some paths were very poor.
I could barely hear RRI 11620 last night. They should move the 0000 bcst to their lower inactive parallel: 9550
