1140 would be an issue next to 1150, but Seattle does have other
adjacents like 1450 Puyallup next to 1460 Kirkland and 1490 Lakewood
next to 1490 Bremerton. 
It is like 1130 Mt Angel OR with CKWX, Mount Angel will be gone at night
outside of Mount Angel. Often I think, the applications are a"foot
hold", to get on the air, then apply down the road for more power at
night.
