Dear All,

KWHR Angel 4 is being heard testing on 11565 kHz from 0700 UTC Sunday,
September 7. Earlier today I did not hear anything on 17555 kHz at 0000
UTC, when the delayed test was supposed to start. Signal is good (SIO 443)
here in Japan. Music, ID, station history, freq. sked., and requests for
reception reports only. No normal programing yet.
