I guess, at least two TXs at Quivican San Felipe TITAN site
REFURBISHED (!)
at excellent result level by some 'UNKNOWN' foreign technicians. (?) 11950even kHz excellent audio quality, Spanish sce, S=9+20dB at 22.35UT on
Oct 14;
13779.991 kHz in 22 mb also S=9+15dB signal at 22.45 UT Oct 14, 15230even kHz
and another example of b a d modulation strong signal of S=9+15dB, - but
not repaired that unit - or no exchange of final tube (?) - at 22.48 UT
totally disturbed audio quality, nothing could observe of program content,
in peaks recognized same Spanish 11950 and 13780v kHz when compared
Perseus_net signals with KIWI_net SDRs at same time in NoAM.
Noted remotedly in Alberta-CAN and Michigan remotedly.
