Out of synch? By 1605, only 11760 on air, VG S9+5 into Miramar FL SDR
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ROMANIA. 11800, Oct 15 at 2159, surprised to hear RRI IS, weak
direct; English at 2200 had been on 9740 in A-season, too low for us
in summer and intended only for W Europe, but no trace of that now. At
2240 into UTwente, 11800 is only VP, and no 9740. RRI website claims
this transmission be on 9740 only: they can`t even convey own schedule
accurately; something`s botched at Bucharest. HFCC shows both
registered, Galbeni, 300 kW at 300 degrees; as alternates? Or in
better times, both.

when RRI Bucharest limited foreign sce on SW to a single frequency
each of their two bcast centers, always according of their azimuth /
meterband possibilities. 73 wolfie df5sx wwdxc: Re: Radio Romania International. {translated by wb.} Since August 1, 2023, RRI has been broadcasting "temporarily" on only
one frequency (instead of the usual two simultaneously) per target
area. However, two frequencies per broadcast will continue to be
coordinated and programmed into the respective transmitter controls. In Galbeni and Tsiganeshti, only one of the two transmitters will
actually be switched on. In the event of maintenance work or defects
in the transmitter that was actually intended to be used, the other
transmitter will be switched on as a replacement - with the "second
frequency" that has already been programmed. These alternative frequencies can best be found in the HFCC table:

Skedgrid now dated Oct 15 shows System H on 17790, 160 degrees toward

Spanish, 0100 Taiwán Spanish, 0130-0200 Slovakia English. The pink
System H sked, however does not show 17790 *at all*, but mostly same
lineup on 15770 and/or 7730 and/or 5850 and/or 5010. Daily with some
