9839.917 kHz S=9 signal noted in Edmonton AB_CAN
at 10.15 UT, in use at 10.00 - 15.30 UT in various languages, accompanied from 10.30 UT on 12020even(!) kHz,
started at 10.29 UT on Sat Jan31. Seems from 16.00-22.00 UT on much odd frq 9729.v960 towards Europe
and also 11885even kHz too. [selected SDR options, span 12.5 kHz RBW 15.3 Hertz]
