Radio L.P.C., 5175v kHz  DX news

Transmitting from what may be Querillos, probably in Departamento San Martín.
Heard on 5175.5 kHz on April 20, 2001, between 1100 and 1115 UTC, with it´s premiere transmisson on this Friday morning.
Started at about 1100 UTC with tremendous strength but unfortunately the DJ's microphone produced a dull and distorted audio.
I am not 100 percent sure that the station transmits from Querillos. The DJ says the following: "....de L.P.C., la radio, que está transmitiendo desde Girón y Bilgrau, Manzana 18 lote 11" (address in Querillos?) and "....transmisión de prueba de esta (ciudad de?) Querillos....".
Announces its frequency as 5175 kHz.
It is possible that L.P.C. only has taken over the rights to this frequency, as I, in
December, 2000, logged Radio Máster in Moyobamba, Dpto San Martín, on 5175.85 kHz.
Björn Malm, Ecuador, hcdx partner SWB, April 20, 2001

Heard as Radio MPC (or NPC?) on 5175.8 kHz on April 21, from 2321 until close down at 0250 UTC.
Transmitting from what sounded like Guerillo (?), in Provincia de Moyobamba.
The name of the district still unclear to me, but as address the DJ announced "Jirón Miguel Grau Manzana 18, Lote 11, en este Centro Poblado de Guerillo?? en la provincia de Moyobamba, Departamento de San Martín".
Then continued with messages and greeting to listeners in Naranjos and Soritor, also mentioned that the owner is José Fernandez, who is living in Naranjos.
Gave the official frequency as 5165 kHz, with a transmission schedule 1000-0300.

Rafael Rodriguez, Colombia, April 21, 2001, via Conexion

Nothing in Peruvian gazeeter that looks like "Querillos" in San Martín or neighboring departments. Closest sounding would be Mariscal Castilla, which is near Chachapoyas in Amazonas Dept.
Not finding it doesn't mean much, though, as this area is constantly getting new towns as more settlers move into the upper Amazon.
