La Voz de las Huarinjas, 6819.6 kHz  DX news
La Voz de las Huarinjas, heard at 0155 on 6819.56 kHz on 3 August 2002.
Male announcer in Spanish, light Andean music. The announcer seems to announce the station as both "Radio Las Huarinjas" and "Voz de las Huarinjas".
Rik van Riel, Brazil, hcdx list, 3 August 2002

La Voz de las Huarinjas, Huancabamba (provincia Huancabamba, departamento Piura) now heard on 5851.92 kHz, a move from 6816.81 kHz.
Heard on June 1, 2001, with close down at 0000 UTC.
Good signal, but rather lousy audio quality, on this new frequency.
The DJ mentioned something like "la nueva programación de nuestra emisora.....".
Remains to see if it is a temporary move.
Very irregular station.
Björn Malm, Ecuador, via HCDX partner SWB, June 1, 2001
